SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Pre Orders Products: Orders placed on Sickly.ca are processed Monday- Friday. Products take 25-30 to be manufactured. Once products reach our warehouse they will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once your order reaches our warehouse you will be provided tracking and shipping information. Products that are non specified with a pre order ribbon take 2-3 weeks.

DISCLAIMER: Cancelation and address modification requests for orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International orders will be subject to duties and taxes provided by the delivery services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are final sale as our garments are a pre-order service. There are no returns exchanges, so to ensure the fit and quality are up to standard carefully read the Details and Size Guide sections of our products.
